In a relationship, most people consider happiness to be very important, second only to feeling loved. However, what many people forget is that being happy starts with oneself.
To have a better, more stable relationship with your partner, the key is to be content with yourself first. In our breathwork sessions for couples, we focus on uncovering the areas where you both feel stuck and exploring that awareness together.
